I actually had mine written yesterday by about 1pm. Heh. However, this month, I'm being smart. I've sent it out to a few friends of mine and they're gonna read it critically for me. Then I'm gonna revise. Then they're gonna read the revisions and repeat. Now, if only they'd hurry their reading up.
Well, the story I posted has little likeness to the story I plotted in bed last night. That story was...well, that story was forgotten this morning when I sat down at my keyboard. I'm going to have to begin keeping a notebook by my bed or buy a laptop and keep that there. The only notion most certainly brought into today's story from last night's is the idea of the Keep, why it's there and what it contains and how that seems to adolescents six or seven generations removed from its creation.
Hopefully, today's story gives you enough information to make of the Keep anything you like.

In the spirit of the season, I give you His Eyes, How They Twinkled.
Did you write a story about Santa for us all to enjoy?

I'll return to a first person PoV I think. Enjoyed writing like that, and I'll need to make sure I take advice from last month's!
