    60s pupl - nine eyed ribits

    One I read as a kid. Genius professor somehow ... (probably the old chestnut about some terminal disease so he is put into cryo in earth orbit and mankind obligingly kills itself off, though I won't swear to it) .. gets discovered by some robots & his brain is put into one.

    Domed head, rimmed by 9 eye, 6 or 8 arms & legs... Maybe something in there about switching dimensions ...

    Pretty vague, I know, but it _was_ forty years ago ...
