Why can't I upload art?

I'm trying to post some of my work at the 'Art Gallery' , and I get the following error:


No Access!
Register here or if you're not logged in go to the forums to log in.


Mind you I'm already registered, and I always get the same message when I attempt to upload art. Any help would be appreciated.

You will need to make sure that you're already logged into the Forums before you try, cgaddict.

Even though you are registered it may not recognise you until you do.

Now if that doesn't work, I'm back to the drawing board, so to speak.

I am logged in, for some reason it just doesn't recognize that I am. No idea why this is. I literally logged in 10 times just now, and I always get the error:

"No Access!

despite the fact that I am logged in. Not sure what I'm doing wrong...

Plan B: Clear out computer cache and cookies and try again.
