Just discovered that Mastodon did the soundtrack for the Jonah Hex movie.

Anyone heard it? Thoughts? Impressions?

Really? That rocks. I usually do not pay attention to soundtracks but I really enjoyed the music in Jonah Hex. Mastodon is so absurdly freaking good!

Been listening to a lot of Cypress Hill lately. Been in a hip hop mood. Cypress Hill III is such a freaking good album. My second favorite rap album behind Genius - Liquid Swords.

Yeah, I've heard it - thought it was Ok but not much like a Mastadon album. I'm not big on soundtracks though (and only listened once); others might like it more.

They started writing their next album in January too, really looking forward to it.
