How do I stop SFF from sending me emails about subscribed threads?

I don't usually do this, but I cannot find the How and Where. The email says to click on a link but there seems no clear cut way to stop the emails.

This is getting bothersome.

Near the top of any forum page is a line with a lot of links on it, "User CP, Blogs, FAQ, Community," etc.

1. Click "User CP." That will pull up your control panel. On then left side is a vertical bar titled "Your Control Panel."
2. Click "Edit Options" Under Default Thread Subscription Mode are options for how you would like to be notified of replies to your threads, ranging from weekly digests to instant email notification (the default, I think) to no notification at all.
