Looking for a specific book

There's this one book I've been looking for but can't seem to find thee name of. It's something like the Mark of Oin or Qin or something like that. I remember it had picture of a man with tattoos on his back, wearing something that resembled a buddhist monks robes, and his hair done back in a queue. I can't seem to remember the damn title though.

I found this on amazon. Pretty sure it's what your looking for, its called the Sign of the Qin. It's listed as young adult/teen.
