has new game reviews been disabled?

I wanted to review a game that I recently played. I was given the option of inputting information about the game such as publisher, date and rating, but the option to actually write a review of the game was not given. I know that other games have such reviews here. Is it just a glitch with my computer and/or software or has the ability to input a game review been disabled, here at SFFworld?

Opps, I see how it works. First the game has to been admitted, then a game review can follow. Now, going to write a review for Journey.
