Where to buy books online?

I buy most or all my books from Amazon and Play.com and just usually go with whoever is cheaper. Are there some obvious places I'm missing? They don't have to be brand new, but a very good condition.

Where do you get your books from online? (I'm in the UK btw)

If you go to "Booksellers" and click on the advanced search, you can choose which country you want. I haven't used them outside the US, but I'm guessing this should make it cheaper.

The Book Depository is owned by Amazon, but its pricing is different and has much more reliable stock of reasonably priced US editions (particularly good if, like me, you tend towards Pyr, Tor US and Baen). Some books are more expensive on TBD than Amazon, but there's just as many that are cheaper on TBD than Amazon.

I buy Books online from Dobazaar.com where I can get all books with good price. I love to read novels and there is great collection of there. you can visit that site

I've frequently bought from Abebooks. The books have always arrived promptly and in the condition advertised. The one exception was a shipment which never arrived, and I requested a refund and recieved the money back the next day.

I've also bought from biblio.com and the nice thing with them is that I'm still buying from an independant bookseller.

Amazon is the best I think! The Kindle app is free and you can download it on anything. But, there is also smashwords which has a ton of free indie books. Have you tried www.smashwords.com yet?

I really like Amazon though. Amazon also has a thing authors subscribe to and they can run free promos through it. So, it seems there are always new selections of free book on Amazon. I loved Treasures of Darkness Treasures of Light. The prices on Amazon are great too!
