Literary Science Fiction
The science fiction genre is a broad church and includes even those who resist the classification. I particulary appreciate literary novelists Margaret Atwood and David Mitchell. My favourites: The Handmaid's Tale and Oryx and Crake for Atwood; Ghostwritten and Cloud Atlas for Mitchell. Any other suggestions? Anyone else rate these authors?

Oh, another one. Kazuo Ishiguro's 'Never Let me Go'.
