According to Locus Magazine in January, whilst sales of many genre magazines are down, Asimov's are up, at least based on 2011 figures:

Asimov’s had 12,469 print subscriptions and 7,500 digital subscriptions for a total of 19,969, up from 17,866 last year. Newsstand sales were 2,334, plus 290 digital copies sold on average each month in 2011, for a jump of about 7.3% in total paid circulation.

In a tough market, it's doing OK.
