Mithy, yup, read both books of Stover. Pretty good, action-adventure to the teeth. You won't go wrong reading 'em.

But that is part of why I liked Caine so much, his musings and wise-ass attitude.

Sammie, it ain't that easy, you know? These are the kinds of things that you have to learn on your own.

    Go look for the information!

http://www.lronhubbard.com has information about his reasons for writing Mission Earth, and the messages it contained.

For a moment I thought that URL was www.ironhubbard.com...

It sounds like some hard-core Scientology splinter group.

"Scientology? That's for sissies. We practice iron hubbard here!"

    I started Heroes Die yesterday.

    I really got into it.

I didn't get too much read though, but it really grabbed me (which is unfortunate, as I have a uni exam saturday morning)

It looks like Stover has a talent for writing action - all the scenes so far have been very well described.

I'm still trying to work out the whole Overworld/Earth connection though - I'm sure it will become more apparent as the book continues.

Also - is anyone else reminded of Mojoworld from the X-Men comics? Just slighty?

    Great action, yes.

Mojoworld, yes to that as well.
