Sci-Fi/Fantasy Book Clubs; the type you physically interact with people in

Okay: I've been searching everywhere on the internet, because I'm sort of new to my area (Northern Virginia) and I want to join a sci-fi/fantasy book club. A real, physical, meeting-with-people-and-talking-not-typing book club. No luck, though, and I'm at my wit's end.

So I thought, if anyone is from my area, and you're accepting members, etc., PLEASE let me know. And while we're at it, anyone else who has my problem but lives in another region (country, universe), feel free to leave a message and see if you can find some connections, too.

You might want to check barnesandnoble.com. They have a store locator so you can find any stores in your area, with a listing of events. Many of the stores do have a monthly book group, including SFF.

Yes...I know about B&N. Used to work there...I was hoping for something a little more...home-grown, I guess.
