Best New Science Fiction Films and Directors

HI my fellow sci fi friends

at the moment a lot of new movies coming out with so many special effects and CGI. I love it but I miss the time of Ridley Scoot Alien and Brain de Palmas Mission to Mars.

What do you guys think? What are the best Science Fiction Films and Directors in your opinion.


I am always searching for new cool Sci Fi shorts, stories and movies as well! my latest found is "Icarus Down" I haven't seen it and I cant find it anywhere but on their Facebook page it looks like the next Ridley Scoot is coming up. It looks it is a lot filmed in the style of Alien/ 2001: A Space Odyssey by Stanley Kubrick. I love it.

I thought Children of Men was an incredible film, and I'd categorize that one as SF.

I have found a ton of SF shorts on iTunes. Some of them ain't half bad. Others, not so much.
