Kiss my axe!
I bought Robot Wars and Project Earth recently in a second hand shop.
Robot Wars is basically like the TV show except more fun where you build armour plated, weapon weilding remote controlled cars to trash other "bots".
You enter competitions, win money and buy better bits for your bots.
You can also purchase pre-built robots such as Choas 2 or Panic Attack once you've unlocked them by completing competitions.
Project Earth is almost identical to Homeworld except there doesn't seem to be a limit on the amount of ships you can build, hence you can command much larger fleets.
On the downside the loading time for the missions and even returning to the menu screens is bloody diabolical and you may have to turn the detail and texture settings down to minimum as the game "chugs" quite badly on my PC when there's to much on the screen.

PLAYING Dark Cloud 2, and let me just say this:
If anyone here has a PS2, and does NOT own this game, then they really need to purchase it. This is the true meaning of a videogame.

I'm playing Morrowind now and I like it. For some reason I find it much much better than Neverwinter Nights which I thought was ridiculously constricted and bland giving no pluses in return for the linear play unlike what you would find in Final Fantasy games like their involving stories, good humor, spectacular visuals or "neat" things to discover. Morrowind at the very least has a more intriguing story and more ways of building the character up.

Barcelona!
I came across JDoom, the best of the lot. Also works on Hexen and Heretic. So many graphical options and you can run mp3s while you play in plce of the midi music.

Also found this. A graphical overhaul for the Quake engine like you'd never believe. The lighting is pretty nifty. Now if only I owned Quake.

Right now I'm replaying Halo on Heroic mode, it's amazing how easy it is after beating the game in Legendary. Just brushing up on my FPS skills before going to school.

Anyone with a Gamecube should be playing Viewitul Joe. It's amazing especially for a 2/3rd side scrolling game. It's cheap (39.99), excellent cell-shaded graphics, funny, great gameplay with the slo-mo and speed-up, crazy moves, and I think that's it. The only problem I have is it's hella hard, on kids mode even. Some of the puzzles are way difficult, especially if you want to get a V on the time. I think games that are about how you win, rather than when you win, are great. It's viewtiful baby!
