My latest werewolf thriller is supposed to debut today so now I'll have to go hunt it down. Already found an interview about it.

Sent my Crime Thriller off to the editor for Content Editing, and now I can finally work on my fantasy series, until I get the manuscript back from th editor for Copyediting that is. Still, I actually like revising and it will be exciting to put the finishing touches on it and send it out to the world.
Now back to the grind!

A little stalled on WIP side of things. I'm working more trying to actually improve my writing with a few shorts and such from my WIP. They work great for character development.
On the other hand, I'm about to be published again in the nonfiction realm.

Wow - everyone. Lots of collective progress. Good job!

I wish I could say the same. I'm posting here because I'm avoiding the edits I should be doing on my WiP. I am getting some of it done. But not much. I'm thinking I'll let it rest some more and move on to another story I have outlined.

I know its been forever since I've logged in here, and I'm not sure if any of the guys (and gals) I used to do flash contests with are still around. But if you are, I really want to give a you all a huge 'thank you'. I know how immensely my writing improved just trying to keep pace with you guys... and finally, an expanded version of an old flash contest winner of mine has made it into the SFWA qualifying ranks.
So that's my progress
. You can check it out on Daily Science Fiction if you're interested... but I really did just want to say thanks.

Found my werewolf thriller on Amazon, as well as my prequel short. So I'm doing heavy promo at the moment to get some rank and numbers. No new writing yet, but I'm hankering for it.

Oh, dear. I am in tears. Someone publicly said, and I quote:
"And yeah — isn’t she great? Awesome writer, and a great piece."
They said that about me and something I wrote. (sniff) Really?
I'm gonna print it and frame it. I better save the webpage, too, just in case they come to their senses and delete it. Because, we all know, once I self-publish my book, a sentiment like that will be a looooong time coming. Regardless, the statement makes editing my WiP for the gazillionth time seem worth it.

That's very nice and you probably deserve every bit of it. Good for you!
I just finished a blog post on my Guerrilla Warfare For Writers, which was a long time coming. Wrote three Textbroker articles--got one accepted and I need revision on the next one. Wrote to my publisher and agent--long letters. Then I edited my Paranormal all the way to the end--95 pages. Now it can get the treatment for an Amazon debut, as soon as the formatter is finished with it.
Cheers to all,
chris
