    The Recommendation Thread

This is THE catch-all recommendation thread.

Since many forum visitors, especially the newer members, are looking for book recommendations, we at SFFWorld thought we would post this STICKY thread containing links to the majority of recommendation-type threads.

When a person starts a new recommendation thread, that thread will be closed and a redirect will be pointed to this thread.

This thread replaces the old recommendation thread and will be a little more organized and hopefully better updated. If you feel I missed something in this thread, please feel free to PM me and I'll be happy to add it.

Firstly, "What should I read?" threads:

Since a bunch of the links in the original post of this thread are a bit older, here are some newer threads to look into if you are looking for recommendations.

However, not all of them are specifically recommendation threads, but the threads do bring to light books you may be interested in reading, through the conversation of the specific topic.

Also, feel free to add/continue any of the older threads you look into. While members who posted in those threads may no longer be quite as active, we are always willing to discuss any thoughts on books.

    Without further ado,
