Rumour of a Malazan artwork book?
I remember reading on a few forums that there would be a Malazan artwork publish during the middle of the series, and then another at the end.
Anyone heard anything about this?

No.. but just thinking about it is exciting. That could be really, really cool. Hopefully someone knows more about this.

Wow..If that rumour was true I think the artwork would be amazing. I loved the Song of Ice and Fire art and im pretty sure Malazan art would live up to the expectations..I really hope this happens

Is that Crokus' uncle, or Iskaral Pust or something?
As for an art book, I would greatly look forward to seeing some renditions of Tlan I'mass, Tiste Andii, Tiste Edure, and Jaghut!!!

There were mentions of a Malazan Encyclopedia, and thoughts of releasing it mid-way through the series and a second volume at the end, but I haven't heard anything about an art book.
(Concerning the encyclopedia, I believe Erikson decided it would be better to wait and do it entirely after the series is complete.)
