    I live in the US, and I've seen at least 30 copies of the 3rd in single form. It might not be available in the UK. You're best bet would probably be to look for it online that sells to the UK. I'd send ya a copy... but if you're anything like me you don't just give out addresses to anyone j/p. I'm sure they have sites online that would sell it, like Amazon (although not sure if they sell to the UK) and Ebay.
