Ok, I got one done, finally. It turned out to be pretty dark and twisted. Big surprise there, I guess.

Hey gang,
I made a last minute edit to my story. Axed a sentence that did not need to be there after a friend suggested I was at risk of insulting the intelligence of the flash fic readership. Certainly not my intent but made perect sense after a light was shone on it. I believe that there is some liberty to make small changes up till the deadline. If not I can change it back. I am much happier presenting it though this way. blaa blaa blaa. Mr Daily Rich what do you say as God of November?
Cheers

Our Lord appears to be missing in action.

That's my motto - revise, edit, and change right up until the bitter end!!

As long as we're before the deadline, I have no problem with changes being made.

Thank you my Lord - I feel much better now. I kind of knew that but just wanted a reassuring pat on the back.

Thanks, glad to be here! I really like the whole idea of the contest; it was good motivation to for me to finally stop procrastinating and upload a story.

Rawr! I haven't really had time to work on my entry until today, and now I'm frantically trying to get it done. Well, I have a few hours yet, I hope I can manage...

Back to writing.. eek... *tick* *tock* *tick*

- Sui

Edit: Yeehaw!! 7 minutes to spare . Not quite what I was hoping for, but I'm just happy to be done with it at this point.

Here's my entry:
