(Note that I am a writer, not an artist, and I have very little experience in critiquing art, so I doubt I can rate this accurately.)
The coloring was very nicely done, but the drawing was very… flat. For example, the legs on the right side of the dragon could be sticking straight out, really; I don't get any sense of placement. (This coming from someone with very little depth perception and therefore relies on such context clues as shadows to gauge distance.)
