Star Trek Enterprise Season 3Earth has been attacked by the mysterious Xindi and 7 million people are killed, but it turns out this was only a test weapon. It's now up to Captain Jonathan Archer and his crew aboard the Starship Enterprise to track down the Xindi and stop them from destroying earth. Something that brings the Starship Enterprise into the Expanse, a part of the universe where the natural laws doesn't seem to apply.
I'm the first to admit that I'm no expert on Star Trek, I have never really followed any series from start to end and those episodes I've seen have mostly been from Star Trek The Next Generation.
The story arc of the third season all revolves around the main objective which is to stop the Xindi from launching their weapon. I must say that I like this much more than the one story plots I've seen from the Star Trek universe before. It gives you something more and although not each episode stands on its own and not always brings the story forward there's always the anticipation for what's to come.
The producers also seem to try to bring in some political reflections to todays world. It's nothing much, but I think it would have been better if they just concentrated on making a great series and left that part alone.
Overall I thought it was very good, there were a few lows here and there as well as some pleasant surprises, but it always had me wanting to watch the next episode.
