3) Mike Carey’s new comic series for Virgin Comics, The Stranded, is being developed in cooperation with U.S. cable The Sci-Fi Channel as the beginning of a multi-media operation that may include films and television series adapted from specially designed written media. The Stranded is about five people who discover that their lives on Earth have been a lie and they are in fact alien beings. The first issue of the five-part story is in stores now.
