Oxford University Project Request

Request for help from Oxford University Graduates, with the hope of getting free or cheap books online :
Hello Everyone,
I'm an Oxford University Graduate Student and new member to this site. Over the past few months, a few of us at the school were trying to figure out ways to offer accessible books, articles, films, information to people who don't have access. A few of us wanted to take the idea forward for Sci-Fi, Fantasy, Horror, Anime, Comic, etc. fans.
This idea is in the form of an actual project that will be submitted to the exam schools in a week's time and if any of you have time to fill out a 10 question survey for us, it will help us with some market data that we don't have access to and can't find from publishing sources.

The site hopefully will be able to legally find ways to get books, graphic, novels, films, etc. but we need to know if there is a mass outcry for us to pursue a project of this nature.
