PSP US Release
(2005-02-04)Whilst European gamers are left to bemoan the delayed release of the PSP, Sony of America has confirmed that the PSP will be released in the US on March 24th, retailing at $249.99.
For their dollar, US gamers will get a 32MB Memory Stick Duo, headphones with remote control, battery pack, AC adaptor, soft case and cleaning cloth, and demo UMD disc.
Also the first million lucky gamers to purchase a PSP will also receive a copy of the Spider-Man 2 movie on UMD.
Sony stated that with over a hundred PSP game titles currently in development worldwide, aswell as the massive amount of movies being moved to the UMD format and as many MP3's as you care to download, the PSP is a portable multimedia device for the future.
