We do not accept any pornographic or racially offensive work, or use of excessive violence beyond the legitimate needs of a poem. Please keep sex scenes R-rated or less, our main goal is to be a website for people of all ages.

We do not accept work based on Star Wars, X-Files, Wheel of Time or other existing series or any other copyrighted characters. This due to copyright infringements.

We do not accept previously published works where the copyright has been sold.

sffworld.com reserve the right to decide what is published on sffworld.com and what is not.

You agree not to use any material protected by copyright, trademark, patent, or trade secret law without the permission of the author or owner.

By submitting a poem to be published, you acknowledge that the poem has been created by and/or is fully owned by you. sffworld.com is not responsible for plagiarized work being published on this site. You also agree to indemnify and hold harmless sffworld.com, for any loss, liability, claim, damage, and expenses arising from or in connection with the contents of your submission. You will not be charged for publication and you agree not to charge sffworld.com for publication of your submission.

All copyrights to your poem belongs to you, and it may not be reproduced or distributed without permission. sffworld.com cannot be held responsible for any copyright infringements. By submitting a poem to us, you are consenting to grant us a non-exclusive right to publish your poem on our website.

Should your poem be published and the rights sold, please notify sffworld.com so that we may properly remove the poem from our pages. Unless your publisher are willing to give sffworld.com permission to keep your story, by law we must remove it.
