I’ve been reading and loving Birthday of the World by Ursula K Le Guin. It’s been incredible so far. Each story has been 5 stars. Just have the title story left and the finale Paradises Lost. Though I skipped one story, because it slots in at the end of her collection 4 Ways to Forgiveness which in a newer updated edition has become 5 Ways to Forgiveness, which I have an unread copy of on my shelf.

Following some kind of quantum experiment thingy most people disappear, leaving white dust.

2 survivors make contact over short wave radio, they want to meet but they're a long way from each other.....things happen en route.

Sam Gun Forever by Ben Bova I think get kick out this one. This one is a blast.
