Can't insert image

I’m trying to insert an 881KB image into my post. I tried using the copy that’s hosted on my website, and I tried a copy hosted on imgur, but I keep getting the message “Something went wrong,” and I can’t insert it. I’m very careful entering the URLs. Can someone suggest a solution?

I was trying to add an image that's on my website: truthenginedebate.com/Alien_Soldier_Scaled2.jpg. It's also at imgur.com/a/2praME8.
The post that I want to add this image to is my post to Promotion Zone: "A Great Secret Revealed," #2 (my own reply to #1).

I don't know why I can't add it.

It may be that as a new member you have to have given a number of posts before being able to post. (We've had major issues with spammers before and this is meant to reduce this.)
