i'd say locate it in d.c, because from a COMPLETELY unbiased perspective, that seems to be a good central location where a lot of members, i mean none, live.

And on yet another hand, if you all come here we can stay for free on the farm (err, no not a real farm, it's a private game reserve) with drinks & meals included. Only catch is it's a nudie place, but then again it is an orgy we're planning, so clothes won't be needed anyway.
