Of course you can start New, Anyone can start any time they like. I'm still waiting to hear back from Facing with subcalls (although I imagine she's waiting to see what the comp's duration will be, before posting them -

Four months seems to be the frontrunner, there's 5 votes for noveleettes 2 for novellas and 4 for both. I'm not sure how I should interpret this last one but my guess is that we should make it a four month novelette/ novella contest with an optional theme and random images for the writers to maybe be inspired by...? Sound OK to you?
People seem to be wanting to get going with this so maybe sooner would be better than later, too

It's not that much of a rush. I'll wait till you get home and send the links and then we'll stick it up. if you have any more images that'd be good too. 3 images was the number Andrea mentioned from the other comp. N I have to go out for a while too.
