Welcome; and to be fair, that's about it. The longer version is HERE.

The Posting often thing isn't an issue: we like people to post! - it's the ones that repeat the same post over and over with no attempt at engagement that annoys people. (What we refer to (jokingly!) as 'drive-by postings'). You can post LOTS of posts on any topic you like, and as long as you like, just try not to post 5 posts in a row on the same thread.

We try and keep it reasonably low-key & informal. Most members get it. Thank you for asking, though.
