Try reading Deryni Checkmate. It's the second in the Chronicles of the Deryni. If you can get through the Trilogy and still enjoy it (which I did). You can go to The Legends of Camber of Culdi, another trilogy. And finally the Histories of King Kelson. Three trilogies nine books in all. All of them intertwined That should keep you for awhile.

Just finished Dark Moon by David Gemmell. It's the first book by Gemmell that I found a little disappointing. Not that it was bad. It just seemed to be missing something.

Just finished A Storm of Swords and now I'am starting to read Foundation. After that I will most likely start Perdido Street Station.

Am just finishing Hobb's 3rd Farseer book. I'm gonna have to read the Liveships again next, cos there's a few things that rang bells that i need to chase up now (it's been 2 or 3 years, so Liveships isn't as clear as it could be)............and then it's onto her new ones .

Go Sammie, the Tawny Man books will not disappoint! If you're lucky the third book will be out by the time you've finished Golden Fool and you can read straight through.

I'm not reading anything that would fit this site at the moment. It's called 'Dreamworld' and its about murder in a theme park by Jonathon Ross' wife?!?!

I noticed a couple of threads here saying they are readings Hobbs Ass. Appresentice, i loved that trilogy it's well written.

I have just finished reading Fiests Talon of the SIlver Hawk, which was quite good and now reading Jan Siegels Witches Honour

Hey all, back from a long long holiday. I won a book called 'Across the Nightinggale Floor' sort of Japanese myth, i don't even know if it classifies as fantasy. It's pretty good the names can get a bit confusing. After that i'm going off fantasy, going to read Dune Messiah and Children of Dune and then some Paul Doherty novels in ancient egypt. Someone said something about the third book in the tawny man series coming out soon, how soon? do you have a date?

Read 'Vacances' by Madeleine Bourdouxhe - guess what: no fantasy. But very good.
Then took on The Bone Doll's Twin which really got to me. I can't wait for the next volume.

Right now I am half way through Sabriel and doubt very much that I can finish it this year. Won't have time today to read for my father is coming by and he will finally install part of my new book shelves!!
YESSSS! *dancingaround* Who cares for New Year's Eve party if one gets her book shelves? *muahahahahar*

Just finished " Fools Errand " , beautiful/brilliant , I envy you Sammie or anyone just starting to read Hobb she is truely one of the greats in fantasy . So far seven of the best books I've ever read . My only dilemma now is can I wait for "Golden Fool" to come out in MMP or do I fork out for TP ? silly question

Just finished Eriksons Memories of Ice. And I'll have to say that it is really the best book I ever read, IMO . Should buy the next part now but the problem is that my usual bookstore seems to charge the hardcover price for the paperback version

After that I finished Cook's Shadows linger today, It wasn't bad but after MoI everything feels quite average.
