I'm tempted to just answer "yes" and walk away - giving the same general reply as to your question. Sorry - just had my coffee.

Anyways, search through Yahoo Groups for a small but active writer's group. That will be a start. Writing is not an inclination, however. It's a dedication involving one hell of a lot of hard work if you want to succeed.
