What games are you playing?

I'm not playing anything at the moment. I don't have many good games.

I was wondering if anyone knows whether you can get a certain zelda game on DS or PS2. It's the windwaker one, but I only ever played it on game cube. We have 1 but I can't find the gamecube version of the game.

I've been feeling out Civilization 4: Beyond the Sword. Plenty of subtle rules changes that I'm trying to make sense of. Overall, at least as much fun as the original Civ 4, and some rule changes which make it more fun.

I picked this up, myself a few days ago and I really enjoy it - I'm having a tough time remembering all of the restrictions and limitations with corporations (I spend a lot of time revisiting the Civilopedia) and I like how they completely revamped espionage and the space race. The mods are also very cool

As far as other games, I love the Dawn of War series, as well as Company of Heroes (Relic is one of the better game developers out there). I also am a fan of the Total War series, especially Rome and Medieval 2.

I also play World of Warcraft (Lohengrin on Feathermoon) way, way too much

Wow, I'm totally shocked when people make statements like this. Care to explain? I can understand people thinking it's over-hyped, I mean, I think the Metal Gear Solid series has horrible controls and the storyline is ridiculous, but everyone seems to love it. Is there another FPS that handles co-op, multi-player, vehicles, and large environments as well as Halo? It's okay to like it, I swear!

Hmmm...

I'm mainly playing Bioshock and Medieval 2, Total War: Kingdoms at the moment. Ahh, there is nothing quite like hordes of highlanders charging down into ranked English foot! *sigh*

The word immersive needn't have existed before Metroid Prime 3. I almost wish there was some space combat to get into now that it's so cool to be in the ship.

I know it's ok to like it. I just said it was a disgrace to the gaming genre because I feel it is. I was just way to hyped up for Halo when I first found out it was in production, and when it came out I was disapointed. Although out of all 3, the first one is my favorite. And then when the second came out I think people went too crazy with their reviews for it. I don't really know how to support my opinion because I agree with you on all our points about the handle's co-op and large enviornment. I honestly just didn't like playing it. And please people..I know that their are many different opinions out there about this game, and all games in general so it's ok to say you like it.. I'm not going to go completely insane and yell at you, claiming I'm right on something that's strictly about preference.

Oh and to add to that..I missed your comment about Metal Gear Solid..I didn't enjoy that game very much either. All of my friends say it's the best game in the world, but I didn't really like it. I did love Gears of War though for some reason..it wasn't put together perfectly but I really liked playing it.

Bought Halo 3 but haven't finished it. I was really looking forward to playing Team Fortress 2 as part of Orange box (on 360) even though i told myself I wouldn't buy another game until i finish Halo 3.

I just got orange box so I'm working on that. And I decided to actually finish all of Shadow of the Collosus casue I forgot I didn't. And it's amazing. And ummm I just beat Amplitude!!!

I bought a PSP with FF Tactics so I'm playing that at the moment, awesome! :D
