My SF haul from the dealer's room today is:
The Leaves of October by Don Sakers, TP, a new book
This is another book set in the
Scattered Worlds .
Rogue Star and
Firestar by Michael Flynn, PBs, used books.
Michael Flynn had already signed them, but I will see if I can find him tomorrow to personalize them. I already have the other 2 books in the series.
Alien Embassy by Ian Watson, PB, used book
Archren, yeah for getting
To Say Nothing of the Dog , I have the Banker book too, but have not read it yet.
I also like Julie Czerneda. I have read her standalone and the
Trade Pact series, and I liked even the last book of the series. I am collecting the
Web Shifters but haven't started them yet.
Hobbit, my
Aztec Century has the cover in your picture
Edit:
Oh my god what a fool. I was reading
Natural History and left it in the room were the Good Books of 2004 (Possible Hugos) panel was. I realized it hours later and had to get a guard to unlock the room. Luckily I found it still on a chair in the room. I don't know if I should feel honored because SF/F people are so honest, or if it is a vote on the lack of appeal of the book. In any event I got it back and won't have to buy another copy. I can't imagine how I left a book behind -- a sign of the end of times.
