Guys, I'm trying to remember a movie name. Seeking help from the movie gurus.
Its either an 80s or 90s movie, but I watched it when I was very young.

There is a device that has a spinning head at the top and buttons all over its body. When pressed, a music plays and if the music is right, it opens up a portal. That is really all that I remember about the movie. I hope someone has seen this before.

That sounds like the He-Man live action movie with Dolph Lundgren and Courtney Cox.

Hey everyone, need help with this can't find it anywhere!

It was an animated movie I saw on HBO in the early to mid-80s. Probably between 84 and 87. It involved a rural village in modern day and all the crops dried up. The protagonist was a little girl I believe and she discovered an alien spaceship in the field near their home and the aliens brought the crops back, or she got rid of the aliens and the crops came back, I forget. I asked my mom about it today and she thought it was called :Katie and the Orb: but I've searched on Google and Youtube but nothing by that name came up. Hope this is enough to go by, thanks!

I found something called Katie and Orbie which might be a possible:

Thanks for the quick reply. This unfortunately isn't it, I think this is a cartoon series from the 1990s, but there are a lot of similarities! Maybe copied the idea or something. The one I'm thinking of was a feature length animation, early to mid 80s. I think she got the two confused. So the name probably wasn't Katie and the Orb.

one TV show one movie

i need help with one live-action TV show and one cartoon movie (i say cartoon movie because i think it was a made for tv movie)

both took place im guessing 85-95 yeah i know long span. the tv show ill do my best on its the hard one to remember. i know there was a boy and a girl there may have been others im not sure the boy (this is a guess based on what i remember of their looks) was human the girl (same as before) was an alien with non-human colored hair. not space case or what ever its solid color and they were older more teen-ish plus the big one is they were stranded (another guess) on some planet their "home" looked like part of a ship or bunker thing bit i remember it was in a forest type area next to a big tree. thats all i got for you.

now the easy one the movie. man sucked into magic world, he dosent believe in magic, man falls for the wizards daughter and tells the wizard to drink milk for his ulcer. he becomes a dragon at one point and another dragon teaches him to fly by eating rocks and sparking the gases. bad guy shows up and man beast him by reciting pi and other science facts.

I hope you are still active with this blog because I feel like you could help me! Trying to remember a movie I watched all the time when I was a kid. Must have been made in the early 90's possibly 80's. So the plot is in bits and pieces for me. There's a little girl and little boy (brother and sister) who find their (great?) grandma's medallion/pendant thing. Then they somehow get to this magical place and they become friends with a creature named Krog(?). (All the creatures in this land are puppets). He leads them on their way, but there's a witch with a crystal ball trying to stop them and she wants the medallion. I also remember at one point there was a giant who I think was under the witch's spell to sleep for thousands of years. But at the end of the movie they end up in this buiding and there's tons of other pairs of boys and girls, all brothers and sisters, with similar medallions they had retrieved from their elders. They all placed them in the matching spots in this big stone turn table that I think a wizard was in charge of. Then when all the medallions were in place it lit up and started to spin. Not sure how it ended but im pretty sure they ended back home.

I remember last part of episode in a show, aired in mid-late 90's Russia. I think, there was a group of children, or at least young teenagers,
who met woman and midget. They fight different enemies in some сhallenge, and i clearly remeber some amazon-like girl with whip, who
attacked the woman. Woman catched whip and started to spinning in place so fast that makes girl fly in the air, then throw her in wall,
and girl disappeared. Midget, or at least small man, had a beard, and had some generator of objects. When fight began he and kids tried to create weapon,
but created just golf club or something not suitable. I clearly remember how woman catched whip and spinning, makes girl fly in air. I think, it was part of some series for children. What's the name of it?

I am looking for an old tv program probably 90's where there was a woman psychic who could see dead people, and then she would help them, she lived with her cat. I remember one episode she saw a dead person in the supermarket and there was a whole story line about lying beneath the crossed bones or something and then the dead persons body was found in the river or canal and there was a picture of crossed bones on the side of the canal, please help! Thanks

Need Help Remembering Movie Its Was 70s-90s All I Remember is Ending But The Is A man And I Remember Him Talking To a Women Next I Remember He Gets In The Helicopter And Takes Off And City Is Bombed/Nuked Not To Sure Why And I Dont Know If She Got In Heli With Him I cant Remember. Good Luck!

Miracle Mile I think was the name. The man was a musician who just met this woman and they had an instant attraction. When he answers a phone later thinking it might be her he gets a wrong number call from a soldier in NORAD warning that they launched all their missles and return strikes were incoming. The rest of the movie was about him trying to find his new love and get the hell out of town. They make it to a helicopter but as you said, the nukes hit just as they were taking off.

This could be a tough one; I can recall part of a TV episode but little else. The show would have aired on PBS (may or may not have been a BBC show) somewhere between 1983 and 1987; the episode seemed to have the tone and production values of science fiction shows of the time (Doctor Who, etc). Here are two scenes I recall from the episode:

Scene 1 - A small group of people, mostly children but with at least two adults - are "lost" somewhere and trying to get home. They're driving some type of ground vehicle, visually similar to a large bumper car or a roller coaster car. (No, it's not The Great Space Coaster.) They discover a signpost of sorts, and while obtaining information from it, there was a circular visual element (like a giant monocle) on the screen that a green alien form could be seen moving through.

Scene 2 - The group comes to a room where the wall is dominated by a large gold face. It speaks to them and says it can help them get home, at which point the mouth opens to reveal a door. The group enters the mouth and find themselves in a small dark room, where the door shuts behind them. A man's face appears on a screen; the voice and personality are the same as the talking wall, but now more menacing. One of the girls in the group looks him in the eyes (despite warnings from others) and becomes hypnotized, standing in place. The others are challenged to solve a puzzle on the wall that will release the key for the door, but must complete it before sleeping gas is deployed. (It may or may not have been overtly stated that the gas would make them sleep for a hundred years.) One of the group seems successful in freeing the key, but not before the room starts filling with gas. The man's face is still visible on the screen and the whole thing is super creepy.

Assuming that I didn't imagine or dream this as a child, any ideas as to what this show might have been? I'd love to figure it out.
