I move around quite a lot, as I write on my laptop. I do have a desk I can go write at, but I sometimes sit in front of the TV (with it turned off, otherwise I would just shamefully channel hop the whole time XD).

That said, I do tend to focus more if there's some kind of a noise in the background...
