What games are you playing?

All you people who play Civilization III, have you tried Rise Of Nations? Its a pretty good game, and was made by the guys who created Civ. Its kinda a mixture of Age of Empires and Civ.

I just got...

Xenosaga for Christmas and while the battle system is the most confusing I have ever seen in any RPG ever, everything else makes up for the confusion which I'm sure will subside any ways. The graphics rival Final Fantasy X's for prettyness, the music is much better than any other RPG I have seen (have to hand it to those symphony orchestra's) and the story is great.

Xenosaga: Der Wille Zur Macht....ohhhhhhh, how I love this game. Played it twice through.

Still plugging away at FFX (Dark Yojimbo holds no fear for me now, wa-ha-ha), but I got Tropico 2: Pirate Cove for my birthday and it's ace. Except yesterday my captives revolted, stormed the palace and decapitated me. Should've started random executions sooner...

I just recently beat Castlevania IV. I thoroughlly enjoyed it, allthough was a little confused to see that Dracula had blond hair! :) I'm now playing the next installment in the Castlevania Saga, Castlevania Dracula X for Super Nintendo. It's much more polished-looking graphicwise than Castlevania IV, and more fun, but it is also a bit harder too. I absolutely despise those undead knights on lvl. 2 that go at you with their lances! ARRRRGGGHHH!

The castlevania series is sadly overlooked. Symphony of the Night was one of the best games released on PS1, and Castlevania 3 and 4 are absolute classics in my book. The GBA installments were great, too.

And these days, I'm officially a Soul Caliber 2 nut.

My roommate has SC2, I played with him for about an hour straight on it. He's doing quite well in single player though, getting all the costumes and weapons and such. I'm not one for fighting games, but this one can be interesting at times. (that's as far as I'll bend)

True...the but the best Castlevania games these days are on the GBA. I'm playing Aria of Sorrow now and loving it. However, I played the new Lament of Innocence on the PS2 and I was let-down...BIG time.

Working hard as Star Wars Galaxies and KoToR, plus a host of other secondary games that I play when I've had to much SW.

Waiting for Doom3, Half-life 2, Warhammer Online, and Rome Total War. Might be a while waiting :)

Still hooked on FIFA World Cup 2002. And catching up on all the games that wouldn't run on my crap system until the upgrade: Jedi Outcast, Empire Earth, Tony Hawk 3, Championship Manager 4, Max Payne, Hitman 2.

Also, FIFA 2004 and ROTK on my friend's PS2.

I've been playing Dungeons and Dragons Heroes on the xbox, some Vice City (xbox), Call of Duty (pc). Thinking about trying out Homeworld 2 as well.

My sister rented Ratchet & Clank Go Commando for the PS2, so I'm currently taking a temporary break from the Castlevania series and playing that. And I must say, Ratchet & CLank has to be one of the most awesome, enjoyable, visually spectacular platfirmers I have ever played!

It also has some of the best commerials. :D I like the gravity bomb one the best. :p

Right now I'm playing Legacy of Kain on the Xbox, my right thumb still hurts from tapping buttons so much. I'll post a review of it when I'm done.

HAHA! Yeah, those commercials are hillarious! I just cracked up when I saw that one for the motorcycle club where that one burly-lookin' alien said:

"Before the joinin' the club I didn't fit in anywhere. I was a looser, I was overweight and **puts hand beside mouth** I had a thing for ladies undergarments!"

LOL! I don't believe I've ever laughed so hard in my life! :D

Right now I'm playing Gladius on the Xbox, Eternal Darkness on the GC, and I plan on starting Metroid Prime as soon as I'm done with either of the two.

I'm playing Star Wars: The Knights of the Old Republic on my PC. Dark side rules!

I'm taking a break from Castlevania: Dracula X yet again, since my sister and I both rented Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time for the PS2. This game is really well done, has a good plot/storyline, astounding graphics, and all-in-all it's a really fun game to play. Allthough those accursed traps are fiendishly hard, and I've found myself screaming at the tv a time or two because of them, but hey, the traps basically make Prince of Persia what it is, right? I tell ya one thing, it's a darned good thing you can turn back time! :D
