Well Dag, I don’t know what I’m going to do with the hired-help when The New Forum Order and I take over. I know that you have been very lax with them. Almost fatherly. I admire your gentle style of management.

Yet I am really thinking that The New Forum Order might have to eliminate a few people if this sort of substandard work continues.

I mean it’s not like you don’t pay them enough!

To All Current Paid Staff @ SFFWORLD:

The New Forum Order in conjunction with Dag, would like to establish an open line of communication between the current management, the future management and the current paid staff members. This is being done to eliminate possible hazards and other problems during the upcoming transition period as control migrates from the Old Establishment to the bright future that is The New Forum Order.
We will be looking at all existing associates and their current pay levels, compared to the major and mirror assigned areas of oversight. This will be done in a work efficiency study aimed to ascertain the full (or lack of) value of each and every staff member here at sffworld. Special attention will be paid to the Current assets and Long-term assets of sffworld against the Liabilities of Overhead and Salaries. The New Forum Order is looking to run a lean yet highly efficient administrative staff. Any and all changes in the current or future numbers of employees maintained here at sffworld will be done in agreement with the current established policies set forth in the Sffworld By-laws of which Ogg has the only copy in existence. In accordance with the new policies designed to increase profit margins here at sffworld.com, it is immediately effective as of today, that all employee discount cards are revoked and the Free Coffee in the Staff Lounge is, well, no longer free.

Sammie's eyes flicker for a second behind him, and Ogg turns to find himself at eye level with the gauntlet held hilt of Terminus Est, he eyes are drawn upwards... and he finds himself staring into the smiling eyes of Brother Cadfael...

"Tell me Ogg" he quietly asks "Are you scared yet?"

"Erm *gulp*... yes!" he stammers....

Cadfael takes a step back and lifts Terminus Est...

"Not nearly enough" mutters Cadfael...

Cad quivers, and quickly hands over his beloved sword

Oh yeah - you missed that! Basically, they're a bunch of malcontents and troublemakers, who wish to radicalise sff and it's running
