Following is the report of Flufficus Bunnicus, Esq., of counsel to Ogg's Bogs Estates, compiling the accountability questionnaires submitted by the administrators participating in the public accountability process. One moderator became signatory during the year, and thus did not have a reporting obligation for FY 2002.
Re: DII Annual Questionnaire
Dear Mr Ogg,
I have reviewed the responses to the annual public accountability questionnaire as required by the Defense Industry Initiative on Business Ethics and Conduct (DII). Such responses have been summarized in the attached Summary of Public Accountability Questionnaire Responses for the year ended September 30, 2002.
My compilation consisted only of tallying the responses to the questionnaire, reading the explanations and documents submitted as part of the responses, reading the related management certifications, and then modifying them as per your orders
. Each of the responses was certified by an official of the Signatory. One Signatory joined during 2001 and is not required to certify compliance until September, 2002. One Signatory failed to file a response due to having problems with his cigarettes and some tomato kechup
. Furthermore, I did not note any inconsistencies between the questionnaire responses and the documents submitted or explanations provided as part of such responses, with the exception of one report submitted by an individual known as Sammie which had attached to it a large chunk of spam
.
The following is the analysis of the responses to the questions included in the public accountability questionnaire. All responses were certified by an official of the signatory, and then changed by clever manipulation using a pen whilst the writer was munching on a sardine sandwich.

If you are called upon to govern humans, treat them humanely- persecution of poor ogg (human or not) and cannibal thoughts must stop, or a law suit will be filed.

Recommendation:
Civil disobedience becomes a sacred duty when the state becomes lawless or corrupt. Biscuits need to be withdrawn (especiallt the ones made with a lot of sugar due to the hyperactivity of some of the mods).
Refusal to answer a mod directly when called upon to do so may may also be effective.
