Watch Ninja Assassin and it was gory, bloody and great fighting all the way. I highlly recommend this movie if you are in to action movies.:)
 
Watched legion, not really that good, some action but not enough.:(
 
Moon - very enjoyable, I liked how they didn't pander to the mystery of the second Sam too long and fitted in quite a lot of story given the slow start. Really well put together, fantastic performance from Sam Rockwell, I just felt it was a little one paced, like the big reveals were too low key for the audience. Hurt Locker next up.

I finally got around to seeing The Road. I thought it stayed pretty much true to the book as far as Hollywood book adaptations go.

Kater-Hurt Locker is pretty damn good. Better than I expected.
 
Saw Shutter Island over the weekend and really enjoyed it. Good thriller with a superb performance by DiCaprio. Not a typical Scorsese film, but solid, engaging, and nail-biting nonetheless.
 
I saw Bridge to Terabithia yesterday and it was really good! I watched it with my wife and we were both crying like babies after the movie=) Highly recomended!
 
Android (1982) - quirky little low budget movie which came out about the same time as Blade Runner and dealt with some similar ideas: how human can a robot really be? and for a low-budget bandwagon jumper it's really not bad. Not great, but not bad. Klaus Kinski keeps himself under control and doesn't chew the recycled sets - some of which were designed by a young James Cameron - and despite the clunkiness of some of the special effects (1982 + low budget = Atari games console type graphics on the ship's monitors) it holds up pretty well.
 
Gran Torino - loaned from my brother, at times it felt a little forced and over done with a change in tone I found a little awkward, but some genuine humour in amongst the racism. Saw the ending coming a mile off but still good. I was impressed by the people who played Soo (?) and Tao.
 
Excuse the double post, got around to Hurt Locker tonight and really enjoyed it. The humour surprised me the most alongside a pretty much unknown cast (to me at least) that were fantastic. I don't think I fully grasped the point being made by the ending but other than that, what a great movie.

I agree, it was really good stuff. If you liked Jeremy Renner, you might enjoy The Unusuals - awesome cop show that's sadly already off the air after about a half season. :( I usually don't like these kinds of shows cause they're all the same, but this had a couple story lines going per show and one was always totally random and hilarious.
 
I watched Damage starring Cold stone steve austin and have to say I like it.:)

Saw It's Complicated. Similar to Something's Gotta Give. A good comedic chick flick. Not a movie for people with strict views on what is right or wrong or who do not feel sympathy for well-to-do middle-aged people with no other problems aside from their personal lives. That means if that's not your thing, being an otherwise good movie won't change anything. If, however, none of that's a problem and one can live with its conventions, it's a pretty honest treatment of the central problem with the most cliché thing about it being the predictable emotionally damaged kids routine. The movie where the kids of divorced parents say they're happy about the separation doesn't want to be made.
 
I just watched Ice Age 3: Dawn of the Dinosaurs and laughed most of the way through it.
Excellent film!
 
My husband and I just watched "War Games" the other day.

The older technology was fun to see, but definitely not a plot to take seriously :)
 
Had to watch Mr. Baseball with Tom Selleck. No matter how many times I watch this film I always get a good laugh, especially now since I have moved to Asia from the States. The pay is less but the feeling of going through days lost is the same. The dating is also similar.
 
Watched Temple Grandin on HBO with my wife. All about a lady with Autism who persevered and completed her Phd. Starring Claire Daines and some other notables. It was an excellent movie. Fascinating really. I very much reccomend it to those who are looking for something different and inspiring.
