Joanne M. Harris’s #AskLoki Blog Tour
Known to millions for her general fiction including Chocolat, which was made into an Oscar-nominated film; Blackberry Wine; Coastliners, The Lollipop Shoes amongst many more, Joanne M. Harris has now written her first adult fantasy novel. Celebrating the release of her powerful fantasy novel, comes Joanne M. Harris’s #AskLoki Blog Tour.
Her new novel, The Gospel of Loki (Feb 13 2014), is the unofficial story of Loki. She chose the seductive trickster god as the protagonist for her first epic fantasy because she always thought he might not be as bad as his press.
To celebrate The Gospel of Loki’s publication, Gollancz and a collection of the UK’s leading websites are teaming up to share Loki’s opinions of his fellow inhabitants of Aesgard; from the Gods (AKA the in crowd) to the demons, monsters, and other undesirables.
BUT that’s not all…. we’ll also be sharing TEN Gospel of Loki gift bags, complete with a signed book, tote bag, book mark and poster.
To win one of the bags, just tweet the correct answer to the question below #AskLoki @Joannechocolat @gollancz @sffworld
SFF WORLD’s #ASKLOKI QUESTION
Loki describes this god as: “Handsome, sporty, popular. Sound a little smug to you? Yes, I thought so too.”
Is he talking about: 1) Thor 2) Bragi or 3) Balder ?
If you need a refresher on the trickster god’s opinion of the characters that you’ll meet in the pages of The Gospel of Loki, you can visit the Gollancz blog here…..
Please note: one tweeter will be picked at random each day from the 3 – 14 February 2014. There are ten chances to win in total. Good luck!
