I've just watched both Hulk Vs "movies", and they were absolutely brilliant. Whilst I don't know a lot about the Hulk, I got them more for Thor and Deadpool (who appears in Hulk Vs Wolverine, and he's brilliantly done).
The animation can be a little off, as can the voice acting, but they're generally pretty high quality. I found the Wolverine one a bit lacking in the story department; it seemed to jump from place to place and the first half didn't make too much sense.
I'm at a bit of a loss about who Omega Red is (going to look him up after my dinner), so that left me a bit puzzled too.
I preferred the Thor episode (even though Wolverine has Deadpool, my favourite Marvel character) because it was a better written story. It retains a lot of the speech from the comics (you know, that sort of Shakespearian/Old English way of talking), but I felt the Warriors Three didn't get much of a look-in. However, I can forgive that as it's only about 45 minutes long.
If you see this DVD cheap and you like Marvel comics or just one of the characters then it's really worth getting. You can turn your mind off for the most part, sit back and enjoy them.
EDIT/UPDATE:
Just watched 'The Incredible Hulk' with Edward Norton.
Wow, what a... mix.
Tim Roth - Annoyed the daylights out of me.
Ed Norton - Brilliant, as always.
Liv Tyler - She's was good, but something about her (visually) creeps me out. She looks totally different between some shots.
As I said above, The Hulk isn't a super "hero" I'm really familiar with. I've known of him for most of my life, but he's never appealed to me. I much prefer his female counterpart, She-Hulk, and that's just because she's attractive. And she appears in a Fantastic Four episode with some of the Great Lakes Avengers (Bad superheroes and She-Hulk! It only needed Deadpool and it'd be the greatest thing ever). I felt that this film, for me, isn't something I would be able to watch a lot. Whilst Ed Norton does a very good job as Bruce Banner, I felt that Tim Roth's performance was poor. He didn't walk like a soldier, his facial expressions barely change, he didn't make sense (to me) as a character. Unlike most non-sequel Marvel films recently, it wasn't much of an Origins story. Fantastic Four was them becoming superheroes, Iron Man was more about how Stark became Iron Man, Spider-Man 1 was Peter Parker being a whiny SOAB and becoming Spidey, Ghost Rider was Nick Cage constantly going :| and becoming Ghost Rider, Wolverine: Origins detailed how Wolverine went from Logan to Wolverine... But, from what I could tell, The Incredible Hulk was more about Banner fighting and learning who he was. For basically the whole movie, he was capable of becoming the Hulk at any moment.
However, I loved the tie in with Iron Man right at the end, and I honestly wasn't expecting it. I really hope that they do bring Norton back for The Avengers! Although his performance as Banner isn't as good as Downey Jr's Stark, it's still a lot better than some I've seen.
