Where?

Hmmm.... a definition of beer, interesting!

Giarc about that incident, our customs people are rather notorious. presumably the alcohol he was offered had been seized from other passengers not willing to pay.

BTW, I don't like Dr. Pepper. Image is nothing. Thirst is everything. Drink Sprite.

Actually it was the marijuana the customs guy was trying to sell him

It's one of the better stories that he brought back from his trip over there. That, and the psychopathic satanic camel from hell on the three day tour....still cracks me up when i think about it

Yer all talking shite, none of ye would know a good drink if it tapped ye on yer shoulder and asked ye the way to Bangkok.

All that Sprite, Dr. Pepper, Coke etc. is all kak.

The one true drink, the liquid ambrosia that fills the taste buds with a veritable cornucopia of delight. You all know what it is:

IRN BRU.

Be seeing ye.

IRN BRU is made in Scotland... from girders!!! It is one of the better soft drinks for hard men!

Very good with Vodka, called a Red Square.

Well if he was offered the marijuana, I'm sure he was offered a good deal

And you guys don't know the KING of drinks:

LASSI!!!

(that's not a dog, btw

)

That's a drink for real, uhhh.... persons.

Oh my god you people drinking Irn Brü!! You're mentally unstable and then some. Irn Brü tastes like rustwater mixed with some toothpaste. Actually a bit like rootbeer lite.
(*shivering uncontrollably*)

Hey, I started a thread that's exceeded 110 posts! Does that mean I get some brownie points from the board admins?
wink.gif
If so, can I trade them in for, let's say a dozen of each beer brand mentioned in this thread and a pound of that dehydrated flaked mint that customs are selling in Shehzad's neck of the woods?

Dehydrated Flaked Mint?? Let me tell you this is high quality stuff!! We are one of the world's top exporters of it after all!!

Since this topic is still active Ill add my two cents.

Im from sunny Miami, Florida, US

As for the beer that would be popular in my area due to a large hispanic population I would have to say Corona. Which is a very weak, light beer. I could drink a 12 pack and still be ready to go.

Since I am a young fellow (only 21 and only drinking for 3 years) and very inexpirienced when it comes to alcohol, I will bow down to the wisdom of those older than me. I will say that I would love to taste Europian beers since Ive been advised on how good they are. I am part Irish, so I particularly want to try a strong dark Irish brew. Guess Ill have to wait till i can visit Europe to quench my thirst. Because all domestic beers here taste like piss.

Remembering the topic:
I´m from Finland, and our jokes are usually about the Swedes and slipping in a Norwegian every now and then.
About the beer, never beer, only cider.
Much better

Carmichael,

I'm north of Seattle. North of Bellingham too.
smile.gif
About 2 miles south of the 'US-Canada' border (got told off once for saying 'just south of the border'...go figure
smile.gif
) How bout you?

Cheers,
Giarc

As I am 16, I do know of beer, but do not plan to ever consume it like most of my peers.

Charlotte, North Carolina- though I am a native Texan

Say no more (please!)

All will be revealed in my latest epic thriller... The Secret Life of Sheep!

PS.
I think Dominus ought to lay off thinking about beer. It's making his hands tremble and double post. I thought that only happened to hacks like me!

*grin* So now I know who to blame for our Ford's transmission self-destructing as my wife and I drove down I-5 near Arlington!

Um... where do posts vanish to? What happened to Carmichael and his posts?

Is there some cyber vortex that sucks up the unsuspecting?

Did the moderators condemn him for some misdemeanor?

This thread, altho aptly titled, makes no sense without Carmichael's posts.
